Interfaces engineered to specification.

Available for senior frontend and founding-engineer roles

I build production mobile and web products with React Native, React and TypeScript, from the pixel down to the state and data layers. Currently shipping an AI-assisted app to 148 countries from İstanbul.

AInterface engineering

  1. A-01Design-system componentsTyped, accessible component libraries from Figma to production, on web and native.E-Learning Platform: Figma to Tailwind, typed end to end.
  2. A-02Motion and interactionReveal, gesture and transition systems that respect reduced-motion preferences.PetCare: swipe-to-delete with haptics, a floating dock.
  3. A-03Responsive compositionCompositions designed per breakpoint instead of a desktop scaled down. This site: three compositions at 1440, 768 and 390.
  4. A-04AccessibilitySemantic HTML, keyboard paths, contrast that is checked rather than assumed. This site: native dialog navigation, 4.5:1 minimum text contrast.

BMobile

  1. B-01React Native and ExpoProduction iOS apps with Expo Router, EAS builds and App Store delivery.PetCare Companion: live in 148 countries.
  2. B-02Native feelHaptics, gesture thresholds, glass surfaces and locale-aware formatting.PetCare: floating glass dock, twenty-plus currencies formatted from the device locale.
  3. B-03Offline firstPersisted stores that keep every screen usable and reconcile when the network returns.PetCare: Redux Persist with RTK Query.
  4. B-04Maps and telemetryLive positions on Mapbox and Google Maps at fleet scale.Fleet dashboard: sub-second position updates.

CState and data

  1. C-01Redux Toolkit and RTK QueryNormalized stores, cached queries and throttled updates.Fleet: hundreds of moving markers without re-render storms.
  2. C-02SupabasePostgres, row-level security, Edge Functions and auth.PetCare: context-injected AI over Edge Functions.
  3. C-03Real timeWebSocket streams for collaboration and IoT telemetry.E-Learning: live collaboration. Fleet: IoT position stream.
  4. C-04ValidationZod at every boundary, with types inferred once from the schema. This site: content validated at build time.

DPlatform and delivery

  1. D-01Next.jsApp Router, Server Components, static generation and locale routing. This site: every route is static HTML.
  2. D-02TypeScriptStrict and end to end, from content schema to component props. This site: content types inferred from Zod schemas.
  3. D-03PerformanceTransform-only motion, server-rendered HTML and small bundles, measured rather than assumed. This site: 24 KB of CSS, meaningful HTML without JavaScript.
  4. D-04AI integrationLLM features grounded in real user data through context injection.PetCare: Gemini via Supabase Edge Functions.

Working notes

  1. State is a design material.

How data moves decides how an interface feels. I design the store before I draw the screen.

  2. Ship the boring parts beautifully.

Empty states, errors, offline and loading are the moments that decide whether people trust a product.

  3. Measure before polishing.

Bundle size, rendering cost, contrast and motion are checked with numbers, not impressions.

  4. Native feel is a set of details.

Haptics, gesture thresholds, timing curves and typography are what make software feel made for the device.

AboutFe
Subject · Ferhat Erciyes

I’m Ferhat, a frontend and creative developer in İstanbul, with three-plus years of building production mobile and web products with React, React Native and TypeScript.

I care about the whole stack of an interface: how state moves, how data arrives, and how motion and typography make it feel finished. The products I’ve shipped run in classrooms, in vehicle fleets and on the App Store in 148 countries.

Available for senior frontend roles, founding-engineer collaborations and high-craft client work through 2026.
